as posted by the channelPresident Trump will address the nation Wednesday evening from the White House, more than a month after the U.S. and Israel launched joint strikes on Iran.
During his address, Trump is expected to tell Americans that his administration will conclude its military operation in Tehran within the next two to three weeks. According to a White House official, the president will also discuss how the U.S. is meeting or exceeding all of its benchmarks in the conflict.
He made similar comments on Tuesday and later warned that the Iranian regime that the U.S. could return to the nation later for “spot hits.” Both the U.S. and Iran have issued demands for a potential ceasefire, though the Islamic Republic has denied engaging in talks.
The speech is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. EDT.
