Early Wednesday, he also signaled an interim ceasefire deal with Iran is “over,” after tit-for-tat strikes in the Strait of Hormuz.
The president took another swipe at Spain over its refusal to meet the organization’s defense spending target in his comments alongside NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.
