An undocumented immigrant allegedly turns himself over to police where he says he “killed somebody” after two women were found stabbed in separate towns, according to Nassau County police.

According to Nassau County police, Rony Alvarenga, 22, is charged with murder and is accused of stabbing his co-worker in North Long Beach and his roommate in Valley Stream.

Alvarenga came to the U.S. in 2016 as an unaccompanied minor, according to authorities.
