After a #BlackLivesMatter summit it Cleveland, a police officer pepper-sprayed several non-violent protesters. We analyze the video of this occurrence and conclude that the police officer was in the wrong. Even though the crowd was getting rowdy, they were still non-violent—and as a result—were well within their rights.
