Bernie Sanders, Religious Bigotry, & Troll Comments | Episode 15

In this episode we discuss how Bernie Sanders is doing BETTER than Obama was in 2007 when it comes to polls. We also discuss issues of religious intolerance when it comes to LGBT rights. On on end, we have an extreme example of religious bigotry from Michelle Bachman, and on the other end, we have a more soft-bigoted anti-gay example from Pope Francis. Also, in this week's bonus video Mike reads comments from conservative trolls.

CORRECTIONPrior to reediting this video, I incorrectly stated that Bernie Sanders is leading in both Oregon and Minnesota. This is not correct. I edited this out of the video because I don't want to spread the wrong information. He is only PROJECTED to be leading by now seeing that he was within the margin of error from Hillary Clinton according to the last poll in Oregon (hence the reason why Wikipedia lists this state as a "shared lead"). One poll allegedly states he has 64% of the vote in Oregon (), but this is NOT a scientific poll. The Facebook page "Oregon for Bernie Sanders 2016" reported this, and I took them for their word and did not look into the methodology of the poll. I almost always look into the methodology and see the sample size, margin of error, etc., but did not this time. Same for Minnesota, an individual from Reddit stated Bernie Sanders is leading there, but that too was based on a nonscientific poll. I completely jumped the gun and accepted bad information. That's my bad, and I'm sorry for misinforming my viewers. This was very careless on my part. Nonscientific polls are not acceptable gauges of public opinion, and the fact that I did not catch this is downright irresponsible and embarrassing. I do not want to give the false impression that Bernie Sanders is leading in states that he isn't, so I promise to be more cognizant of the sources I use. Bernie Sanders IS, however, ahead in Utah and Vermont (Utahand Vermont)
