They claim they were defrauded, as the DNC violated it's charter by tipping the scales for and colluding with Hillary Clinton's campaign—which was revealed by the Guccifer 2.0 hack of the DNC. If the lawsuit is successful, anyone that donated to Bernie Sanders' campaign could receive financial compensation from the DNC.
