as posted by the channel

The class action lawsuit filed by Bernie Sanders' supporters against the DNC will be moving forward after Debbie Wasserman Schultz had tried to get it dismissed. This is great news seeing that Bernie's supporters were defrauded by donating to a rigged process in which they were told was fair.
