How "Tactical" Polling Prevents Jill Stein & Gary Johnson From Being Eligible for National Debates

You'd think, with how disliked both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are by most voters, it should be relatively easy for Jill Stein and Gary Johnson to reach 15% in public opinion polls, which is the threshold needed to be eligible for national debates. The problem, however, is that the CPD has chosen polling outlets that use a "tactical" strategy to diminish their poll numbers by wording questions in a way that will skew the results in favor of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump.
