7:16Now PlayingThe Republican thugs in Congress revealed their odious plan to kill the landmark—and extremely popular—Endangered Species Act because, presumably, their donors want to destroy the habitats of vulnerable species for economic purposes. More species than ever are threatened due to climate change, and their plan to "reform" the ESA (i.e. gut it) would render this piece of legislation effectively useless. This cannot stand.
