as posted by the channelDNC Chair candidate Ray Buckley initially refused to acknowledge that the DNC tipped the scales in favor of Hillary Clinton in 2016 at the first DNC debate. However, he has since changed his mind a bit, admitting that Debbie Wasserman Schultz wasn't neutral, the debate schedule was unfair, and that closed primaries are arbitrary. When it comes to whether or not the primary itself was rigged, he's still wishy washy on the issue, saying "we'll never know for sure" but contending that the fact that people thought it was rigged was problematic enough for the DNC.
