When President Trump was first elected he vowed to replace the Affordable Care Act with a plan that would guarantee insurance for all citizens. However, with the unveiling of Republicans' new healthcare plan, "Trumpcare"—or "Ryancare"—would ultimately lead to less people being insured; and if you're fortunate enough to maintain health insurance under this law, you'll undoubtedly see a sharp increase in your monthly healthcare premiums. In short, it's shittier than anyone could have imagined a GOP replacement to the ACA would be. In this segment we'll dive into the details and tell you why this bill is so horrific that even some Republicans are condemning it.
