Wall Street wants to repeal what little banking regulations we currently have, however, this can only be accomplished with support from some Democrats. Therefore, Wall Street is calling on an old friend in the Democratic Party (that used to work for Goldman Sachs) to help whip up support to repeal Dodd-Frank among the "New Democrat Coalition" in the House, which is a group of 61 pro-corporate Democrats.
