However, on MSNBC's 'Velshi & Ruhle' they discussed the issue and attempted to explain to viewers what net neutrality means. The problem, unfortunately, was that their explanation was terrible. It was uninformed, disingenuous, and a brazen form of propaganda done at the behest of their parent company—Comcast. In this segment, we'll discuss where they went wrong.
