as posted by the channel

FCC Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel has publicly accused her own agency—headed by Chairman Ajit Pai—of withholding evidence of fraud. This charge comes after the FCC has stated their refusal to comply with requests for information from New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman's office. Schneiderman's office even suggested Ajit Pai may be guilty of obstructing justice, which is a serious accusation.
