as posted by the channelFunding for the government runs out at midnight on February 8th, and if Congress is unable to reach an agreement before that deadline we'll be looking at ANOTHER government shutdown; and even though Senate Democrats have agreed to fold ahead of budget negotiations, the government may still shutdown regardless, as internal disagreements within both parties may make an agreement even less likely. One possibility is a another short-term stopgap funding measure that will temporarily fund the government for another month... leading to another potential shutdown when that expires. The fun never ends, eh?
