Tim from New York is back for his 22nd call, this time to argue there's no constitutional right to an immigration hearing. Matt and Owen spend fifteen minutes explaining that due process and immigration hearings are not the same thing, that the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments protect every person under U.S. jurisdiction, and that the whole point of the procedure is to make sure the government has the right person before they deport them. Tim keeps trying to narrow due process to criminal cases, asks if ICE could just find a Spanish-speaking cop to ask for papers, and eventually insists he was never against due process to begin with.
