Ray calls into the Sunday Show claiming atheists can't have answered prayers because they lack a "changed heart" — then immediately can't explain how anyone actually identifies an answered prayer. What follows is a tour through every bad argument religion produces: faith over evidence, personal feelings as proof, the free will defense, and circular Bible logic. The hosts walk Ray into his own theological traps — using the Devil's rebellion to prove God has no reason to hide, and pressing Ray until he admits he thinks his own moral instinct against slavery is wrong because the Bible permits it. Then, in the final moments, Ray reveals he was never actually a Christian. He was an atheist pretending. Matt's response is not for the faint of heart.
