Welcome to "Back to Earth" with Rhiannon Avaneen, which is focused on natural, healthy, compassionate eating and living. Most videos will be recipes on glorious meals and goodies that dispel the myth that good food can't be good for you. All recipes are vegan, but you don't have to be vegan to try them. Hope you enjoy.
For these mouth watering potatoes you will need 7 ingredients:
Potatoes- any kind, but I used red (3-4)
Extra virgin Olive oil - 1 tsp
Parsley - 1-2 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
Onion powder - 1/4 tsp
Soul Food Seasoning - about 1 Tbsp or to taste....I use A LOT!
All spices can be adjusted to taste :)
Bake on parchment paper at 425F degrees for 15 minutes on each side....so 30 minutes total bake time.
Sprinkle with sea salt if desired....
Low fat and healthy...Divinity on a plate!
