"Cheesy" without the cheese! One of the yummiest and healthiest snacks ever!

Welcome to "Back to Earth" with Rhiannon Avaneen, which is focused on natural, healthy, compassionate eating and living. Most videos will be recipes on glorious meals and goodies that dispel the myth that good food can't be good for you. All recipes are vegan, but you don't have to be vegan to try them. Hope you enjoy.

For these mouth watering potatoes you will need 8 ingredients:

2 bunches of Kale

2 cups of raw, soaked cashews

1/2 Tbsp salt

Juice from large lemon or up to two small lemons

1 large, 2 medium, or 3 small sweet bell peppers (red, orange, or yellow)

3 Tbsp nutritional yeast

1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

3-5 cloves of garlic depending on your taste

Combine all ingredients except the kale in a blender or food processor starting with liquids first.....combine until smoothly blended.

Coat kale thickly by massaging by hand. Layer onto dehydrator trays and leave in dehydrator at about 120-125 degrees for about 8 hours.....or place in single layer on parchment paper-covered cookie sheets and put in oven at 95-115 degrees for 8-12 hours of you don't own a dehydrator.

THERE! All Done! :)

Store in containers for months at a time....

This recipe is SUPER healthy for you!
