"Of all the Republican presidential candidates, it’s possible Senator Ted Cruz is the most outraged at the Supreme Court for its rulings in favor of Obamacare and gay marriage. Cruz decried “judicial tyranny” and proposed judicial retention elections, in which appointed justices would have to be voted on in national elections every eight years.
Megyn Kelly confronted Cruz about this tonight and asked, “You want to rewrite the Constitution in response to a couple of decisions you don’t like?”
Cruz argued he’s taking a drastic step to stop the overly-politicized court, but Kelly pointed out that would probably “make the court more political.”
