The actual numbers from his own government tell a completely different story.
In this video, I break down how, under Trump, human trafficking and child exploitation arrests actually went down – dropping by roughly 28 percent to a five-year low – while he was bragging on stage about how no one had ever done more than him to stop traffickers.
Why? Because instead of using ICE and federal agents to go after trafficking networks and child predators, Trump’s team repurposed them into a mass deportation machine.
• ICE was pushed to hit around 3,000 arrests a day – not 3,000 traffickers, just 3,000 bodies in the system
• The State Department unit that fights international trafficking was gutted, reportedly down to about a third of its former staffing
While QAnon people were convinced Trump was secretly freeing kids from underground tunnels, in the real world actual trafficking enforcement was being deprioritized so ICE could grab gardeners, dishwashers, and long‑time residents to feed a political talking point.
That’s not “law and order.”
That’s propaganda dressed up as child protection.
