8:34Now PlayingRoyse City Police fired an officer after viral video showed him yanking 35-year-old Janiaca Wheeler by the hair at the Creekside community pool on August 3. Internal Affairs said he violated department standards, policies and procedures.
The family's attorney named him Officer Robert Crider. The department did not. Charges against the 18-year-old were dropped. Wheeler was referred to the Collin County DA for interfering and resisting.
