A new poll finds a majority of voters do not favor giving cash payments as reparations to African Americans. According to the LA Times, voters seem to think “it’s unfair to ask today’s taxpayers to pay for wrongs committed in the past,” and “it’s not fair to single out one group for reparations when other racial and religious groups have been wronged in the past.” We will look at the numbers and discuss.
Former President Trump went to an Iowa State vs Iowa football game over the weekend to campaign. Many fans weren’t so glad to see him and directed a middle finger salute to the luxury box where he sat.
