The Tucker, GA resident was shocked when he stumbled on a dog that was buried in the ground up to its nose.
"Basically, her head was sticking out of a hole, the size of a grapefruit,” he told WSBTV News.
Purdue said he almost stepped on her before realizing someone had actually placed the dog in that circumstance. He immediately started comforting the Chow Chow mix he would later name Lulu. Full story
