'Miracle' near miss as jackknifing truck narrowly misses Illinois troopers

Two Illinois state troopers and a stranded motorist had what Illinois State Police described as a miraculous escape on Tuesday, Nov. 12, when a truck jackknifed and slid across an icy Interstate 64 to within inches of where they were positioned.
