Small Business Administration software update does more harm than good

Deputy Public Policy Editor for Open the Books Rachel O’Brien says that the new program was meant to consolidate redundant processes so small businesses could more efficiently be contracted with the SBA, but the update prevented new businesses from signing up, took almost two months to complete and came at an inconvenient time.
