How illegal migrant children are putting a strain on U.S. education system

Erika Donalds, a guest faculty member at the Leadership Institute's School Board Programs and the CEO of OptimaEd, says that it is surprising that school leaders in sanctuary cities would be opposed to keeping families together while illegal migrants are repatriated back to their home countries because the influx of students has put an unmanageable strain on the education system.
