Red flag warnings reinstated in Southern California as winds pick up, wildfires burn

With massive blazes continuing and at least 25 dead, the National Weather Service (NWS) has reinstated the “Particularly Dangerous Situation” red flag warnings for Southern California on Wednesday as gusty winds have picked back up.
