Witness describes seeing, hearing plane and helicopter collide in D.C.

Right around 8:50 p.m. Wednesday, Abadi Ismail, who lives in the Buzzard Point section of Washington, D.C. said he was getting ready for bed, when out of nowhere, he heard an unsettling sound.
