Congress joins Musk's government efficiency push holding hearing on 'wasteful spending'

Congress has officially joined in on the efforts of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). A House subcommittee held its first hearing focused on curbing wasteful spending.

The DOGE initiative, backed by President Donald Trump, aims to reform government operations.
