Former pilot breaks down what could have gone wrong in Toronto plane crash

In what feels like a string of plane crashes to some, on Monday a Delta flight from Minneapolis crash landed in Toronto -- upside down. Over a dozen people were hurt, and all 80 passengers evacuated.
