Republicans want to bring down 'temperature', Democrats blame 'MAGA rhetoric' for political violence

Both Democrats and Republicans are raising concerns about their safety after a number of them were reportedly included on the list of the alleged Minnesota shooter’s targets.

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Ark., is calling on his colleagues to work together to “bring down the temperature.

Meanwhile, Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., is blaming “MAGA rhetoric” for the violence.
