House heads into recess early as Epstein backlash stalls out business for second week

The House is heading into the August recess early after the committee that dictates what legislation hits the floor has been in a two-week stalemate over Democratic efforts to force politically difficult votes for their GOP counterparts on releasing more documents on the Epstein investigation.
