Medical oxygen, smoking material may have started deadly fire at assisted living facility

The Massachusetts fire marshal said the preliminary investigation showed that medical oxygen concentrator or smoking material in a resident's room could have started the deadly Gabriel House fire.

According to authorities, the cause of the fire remains undetermined, but the two factors are seen as possible ignition sources.
