Texas Democrats continue quorum break, demand flood relief over redistricting

Texas House Democrats said Tuesday they are still weighing their options and have not decided when to return to the state Capitol.

Texas House Democrats said in a statement that members "are still assessing their strategies going forward and are in meetings to make decisions about future plans currently."
