US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu discuss Israel’s attack on Qatar

Secretary of State Marco Rubio met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem, discussing Israel's strike on Hamas leaders in Qatar last week.

Rubio expressed America's concern over the attack on Qatar and talked about Israel's planned new offensive on Gaza City.

After a three-hour meeting together, Netanyahu said that Israel and the United States will continue working together, with Rubio's visit being a "clear message that America stands with Israel in the face of terror."

Rubio said that "Hamas needs to cease to exist as an armed element that can threaten peace and security in the region," during the news conference.
