Dems vs. GOP: 58 democrats vote against resolution honoring Charlie Kirk

With bipartisan support, the House of Representatives passed a resolution on Friday "honoring the life and legacy" of Charlie Kirk, who was assassinated on September 10 during an event at Utah Valley University.

House Speaker Mike Johnson and Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries relayed their party’s opinions on the resolution ahead of the vote.

Jeffries did vote yes on the resolution.
