US-Colombia relations strain as Trump announces plans to enact tariffs over war on drugs

President Donald Trump said the U.S. will cut assistance to Colombia and enact tariffs on the country’s exports on Sunday. Trump said President Gustavo Petro “does nothing to stop” drug production.
