Human smuggling case takes a twist: Court hearing rescheduled for Abrego Garcia

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man from El Salvador charged with human smuggling in Tennessee, is scheduled to appear in court Dec. 8-9.

The hearing was originally scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday, but was changed after U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw met with attorneys on Friday. The reason has not been made public.
