ICE launches operation 'Charlotte's Web' in North Carolina as part of immigration crackdown

Border Patrol operations are currently underway in Charlotte, N.C., as part of what is being called "Operation Charlotte's Web." Video obtained by CNN on Saturday shows a man being detained who claimed to be an American citizen.

The New York Times reports that top Border Patrol official Greg Bovino and his agents have been seen in the city. Bovino has previously led similar operations in Chicago and Los Angeles.
