In a reversal, Halligan insists Comey indictment was properly approved

On Wednesday, Lindsey Halligan said that the full grand jury did not review the final indictment of former FBI Director James Comey.

However, on Thursday, Halligan, the judge appointed by President Donald Trump overseeing the case, reversed course and said the full panel did vet the charges.
