Appeals court allows Trump administration to continue third-country deportations for now

On Monday, a federal appeals court allowed the Trump administration, for now, to continue deporting migrants to countries other than their homelands.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit issued a 2-1 decision temporarily pausing a Massachusetts district judge’s Feb. 25 ruling that had blocked the policy.
