NTSB: UNKNOWN whether someone RELIEVED air traffic controller before crash

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) Chair Jennifer Homendy said the crash likely involved multiple failures, not just one mistake.

Homendy said NTSB investigators still need to review data from the flight data recorder, adding that she has seen surveillance video and still needs to interview the firefighters in the truck to find out whether they braked or turned to avoid a collision.

Homendy also said the NTSB is conducting an investigation into whether anyone relieved the air traffic controller on duty before the plane crash.
