SUPREME COURT considers arguments in TRUMP birthright citizenship case

The Supreme Court appears to be casting doubt on one of the Trump administration’s most controversial executive orders on Wednesday — birthright citizenship — and President Donald Trump was front and center in what could be a first.

Justices, both conservative and liberal, questioned whether Trump's executive order on birthright citizenship comports with either the Constitution or federal law.
