Trump REMOVES INFRACTIONS on Coast Guard cadet graduates, jokes about 'too much' time at bar

President Trump joked with the graduating USCG cadets on Wednesday, speaking about those who may have “spent a little bit too much time” at the local bar.

In return, Trump absolved all cadets who are on restriction for infractions immediately to help them start with a clean slate.
