Former White House economic adviser Steve Moore told The National News Desk that energy markets have been volatile since the deal was announced. He noted oil prices “fell pretty substantially when this deal was originally announced,” but said prices have moved back up in the past day amid “some skepticism about whether this deal will stick.”
