Potentially embarrassing Biden audio recordings: Will the courts step in?

A federal judge has ruled the Justice Department can release audio recordings and transcripts of former President Joe Biden to The Heritage Foundation but must wait three weeks to allow an appeals court to review Biden’s challenge.
