'Every American is at RISK,' Former Olympian's attorney says of Reflecting Pool vandalism case

Former Olympian David Hearn pleaded not guilty on Thursday after being indicted over alleged Reflecting Pool vandalism.

Outside of the courthouse, Hearn’s attorney said, because Hearn was charged with a felony for touching the Reflecting Pool, every American is at risk.
