Ohio prosecutor REJECTS CLAIMS that he could’ve stopped 7-year-old's murder

A local prosecutor is firing back after allegations he could've done something to prevent the murder of 7-year-old William Evans-Ellis.

The story is from January in Butler County and involves one of the suspects charged with Evans-Ellis' murder. The other person involved in the incident says that if the suspect had been charged with a felony in her case, then the boy would still be alive.
