Judge denies to classify POLYMARKET link with bets on alleged Charlie Kirk assassin's conviction

A Utah judge will decide if there's enough evidence to put Tyler Robinson, who’s accused of assassinating Charlie Kirk, on trial for aggravated murder, which would make him eligible for the death penalty.
